Design experience as broad as it is deep.

For decades, producers of all sizes have chosen Coffman to help them reduce costs, improve safety, and maximize operations. Coffman’s specialized team of multidiscipline oil, gas, refinery, and petrochemical engineers hold licenses in most U.S. states and territories, and national certifications from organizations such as the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and American Petroleum Institute (API). We support projects throughout Alaska, Hawaii, and the lower 48 states.

Through decades of work, we have developed a specific approach that allows our engineers to act quickly while keeping the big picture in mind. We call this fit for purpose engineering. Using this approach, we work with the client to provide the most practical solution that aligns with the real-world application of the system or equipment. Our team listens carefully to provide clients with the level and depth of services they need. Our multidiscipline team of engineers and designers is ready to partner with you, whether it’s a simple project requiring a single hand-sketched drawing, or a complex capital project requiring a complete design package.

Projects that showcase our industrial acumen and safety include replacing a 10 inch pipeline with 16 inch pipeline while in operation, using techniques only a few oil and gas engineering companies in the world can perform safely; modifying a marine pipeline to allow for in-line inspection, an option previously declared impossible; and maintaining multiyear contracts with the country’s largest distribution networks.
