Meet Bill

William (Bill) is a mechanical engineering principal advisor in the Coffman’s Honolulu office. He has extensive experience designing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has experience in field site surveys of existing conditions, as well as preparation of calculations, design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. He also has experience with reviewing shop drawings, equipment submittals, and construction site observations.

Bill has experience working with government agencies including the State of Hawaii, NAVFAC Hawaii, NAVFAC Pacific, and the Army Corps of Engineers. This includes experience in quality control site observations in the mechanical and fire protection area for Navy and Army projects. Bill has also worked on many notable award winning projects including LEED certified projects.
