Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens Monsoon Asia

The focal point of this project is a Tiger Exhibit, which features a steel-framed overhead viewing structure, walkway and holding building. The project also included an Asian Pig Exhibit with animal habitat, holding building, stalls and off exhibit yard; Asian Aviary/Hornbill Exhibit with enclosed mesh habitat and holding building and Lush River with themed site walls.  The one-story structures are a combination of steel, CMU and timber construction. Site structures include retaining walls, moats, faux rock work, containment barriers, pools, glass viewing, decks and structural walkways for multi-species exhibits.
