Kaiser San Marcos Outpatient Medical Center

The Outpatient Medical Center provides more services than a typical medical office building, but less than a traditional hospital. The centrally located entry lobby interconnects the second phase buildings with those completed in the first phase of the project.

Phase two includes two steel-frame buildings totaling 250,000 sf.

Phase 3 is comprised of Building 4, a 71,200 sf, three story medical office building. Construction consists of steel framing with lateral resistance provided by a proprietary SidePlate Steel Moment Frame system.
