Avista Stadium is home to a Minor League Baseball team, the Spokane Indians. Built in 1958, the stadium needed some major improvements. Projects included replacement of bleachers, a new concession building, an expansion of the administration building, and installation of new outfield netting to protect spectators from baseballs. The next time you’re craving a delicious hot dog, cold drinks, and to hear the crack of a wood bat, be sure to stop by Avista Stadium and check out our work.

Coffman Engineers completed several projects at the stadium including structural engineering for renovation of the bleacher system, survey and site plan development for installation of outfield netting, electrical evaluation of the facility, and civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering for the one-story, 3,900 concessions building and 3,200 sf of remodeling with 1,600 sf of new space added for the administration building.
